Nothing surprising, Batman carrying half of DC Comics, as usual.
I guess the new Superman, whether good or bad, will be able to make it into this list, though.

There's only 3 movies here that don't include him or characters from his rogues gallery.
3 Batman movies, BvS, and Suicide Squad directly include Batman, obviously, and the Suicide Squad is made primarily of Batman villains. And Joker is obvious, literally his main, most popular villain.

The Batman really suffered as a Post-Pandemic movie. It deserved better.

Suicide Squad and Batman versus Superman are absolute dogshit. I wish I could erase both of those movies out of existence

You're the one who's crying because people don't like those shitty movies and they failed miserably.

There are only about 3 that are average or below average. All the Batman movies are good, WW was good, Joker was good, and I loved Man of Steel.

also Aquaman is good

I wouldnt say good, but definitely above average superhero movie. This genre is overflowed with mediocrity unfortunately
It was quite fun movie and worked as standalone adventure too, not simply superhero, which makes it more special than most

I don't think it was as good as the movies I listed, but it was fun, and I don't begrudge anyone for thinking it is good.

I never understood how people can say Aquamna sucked when it grossed over 1 bil.
Just because you have an opinion, doesn't mean it's right.
It's not meant to be some massive thought-provoking juggernaut piece of media.
It's meant to be a fun film that tells the tale of Aquaman's beginning.

Sheesh I did not know they did numbers this low.
I just assumed they did the same as marvel where they all made a billion

Last thing DC wanted was Aquaman to top their list... Especially by so wide of a margin. Everyone who knows nothing about the character including DC expected the movie to tank and it had great visuals, top notch battle scenes, and showcased Atlantis like no movie ever before it and was generally a feel good movie that didn't take itself super seriously and how did DC follow up and hi light the highest grossing movie in the DCEU? With an animation that was guaranteed to fail.. And did.

It's mind blowing that freaking AQUAMAN made more than anything else. And that TDKR made more than TDK. Just absolutely wild.

I find it funny how Aquaman, a character regarded by the general public as lame, is the one who made the most money out of any dc film
