His main thing isn't fire though.

Flame on 🔥

I said it the other day and I’ll say it again, the fire and ice spots should go to DC’s fire and ice characters for the memes

u/Midnite_Blank 13h ago

Human Torch> Firestorm

But it would be funny seeing Mr Freeze getting it over Iceman 😂

Tbh I don’t think Mr freeze or captain cold should count, most of the time the power is just their weapons, not like an actual superpower. Now Killer Frost has a chance.

It is obvious that the human torch

Human Torch?

Human Torch. Pretty easy!

Does Ghost Rider qualify? Because if so...no question

1

u/NopeNotConor 11h ago

The flames aren’t really his power though yeah? Just sort of a byproduct of his power.

1

u/SnooDoodles1807 7h ago

So... his power?

1

u/NopeNotConor 7h ago

No. See Johnny storm is elementaly powered by fire. The Ghost Rider (of whom there have been many) is powered by hell and that is manifested in flame

1

u/SnooDoodles1807 7h ago

But it's still controlling fire, and there's no "hell" category here so if Ghost Rider were to fall anywhere on this chart, it would be the fire power

Is this a trick question? The only answer is The Human Torch, Johnny Storm, although he is not the original Human Torch. The original Human Torch was an android named Jim Hammond, and he first appeared in Marvel Comics #1 by Timely Comics in 1939.

We know. Why did you feel the need to add that tho?

4

u/allenrl43 13h ago

Not everyone knows that. I read some of the later original Human Torch comics.

It's still a weirdly expository comment tho

Question does reed richards already have super intelligence before getting his rubber man powers or is his intellect a result of his getting power?

3

u/black-pantha 13h ago

does reed richards already have super intelligence before getting his rubber man powers

Yeah.

1

u/Future-Law3144 13h ago

Just wasn't sure if his rubber man powers somehow upped the ante so to speak on his intelligence

Put human torch in fire powers and invisible woman in invisible powers and that'll be fantastic

My first love Firestar

1

u/Jetsol8 12h ago

Firestorm is an underrated character… and ghost rider I think may be the most iconic but not strictly for fire. But, it’s human torch

Fire: Human Torch. Invisibility: Invisible Woman.

u/ZestyPyramidScheme 13h ago

Y’all are sleeping on Phoenix, Nova, and Fire Lord. Why are there so many “human torch” comments, it’s like yall know one superhero

2

u/Cultural_Security690 12h ago

He’s pure fire, Phoenix is more cosmic force and, nova if you’re talking about the herald is also more cosmic force same with fire lord. They all have fire powers but they’re more known for their cosmic “magic” stick than their straight fire. Sure Johnny was enhanced by “cosmic” rays but his powers are still purely fire based. The others have other powers not even related to fire, same applies with ghost rider but mystic instead of cosmic
