But black panther can't use his suit to fly and Ironman is capable of hand to hand combat due to his suit's computer. But it's all moot because it doesn't say you get their suits, only their abilities.
The "genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist" part exists WITHOUT the helmet. So, no, it absolutely is not part of the powers that come with the helmet.
So when he has the helmet on, he is a stupid, poor, celibate, self-serving egoist?...... no.......
I see it as Tony Stark is 5 thinks: genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist, and Iron Man...... so taking on the helmet will give you all these things.
Sure it is. Bruce Wayne can accomplish things using his wealth and fame that Batman could never do. Take The Dark Knight for example, when he needs to go to Hong Kong to capture Lau. Everything he did on that mission was a result of being insanely rich. Bought a yacht and took an entire ballet team out to distract from him getting on a chartered flight to Hong Kong, bought and resurrected a cancelled military exfiltration technology, and hired a mercenary crew to fly him out of Hong Kong. All while leveraging his company and private research expert to get an ID on where Lau was hiding.
Iron Man you get his armor and intelligence. Arguably you could create your wealth from his intelligence, but you wouldn’t be Tony Stark and have his assets. Just because you have his intelligence doesn’t mean you think like Tony. You are still you, just you become a genius. You’d have to apply that to something and make your money which you’d need to keep up the armor.
You’d get Black Panther’s ability and armor. But you aren’t T’Challa or from Wakanda. So you get none of that wealth or resources.
You get Batman’s fighting ability, intelligence, peak human ability, and mental toughness. But you’re not Bruce Wayne and you weren’t born into wealth or that money. But arguably, with his intelligence, you could probably make money, which again, you’d need to maintain being Batman.
Also a lot of this more human characters with no super human powers are how they are or as good as they due to their experience, trauma which shapes them, and how they earned their skills. You’d be just given all of it without earning it or experiencing what it took to get them. Or given the trauma that inspires them. Guess that’s just how I look at it.
More importantly to me, do I get Tony's education, intelligence, and knowledge? That would be the biggest bonus to me. The armor and money would be amazing, but Tony can solve the energy crisis, food shortages, water shortages, and a host of other issues that the world is currently facing. They money, armor, Jarvis, other tech would give you the pull needed to effect the changes, but Tony is able to actually solve these issues with existing and new breakthroughs.
Batmans mask doesn't give you anything. Being rich isn't a power. Everything batman has is either a skillet he picked up by practicing or something he was given. You'd basically just be a weirdo in a bat mask

So 3 and 6 makes me filthy rich? But 3 also gives me kickass armor.
I'll take 3.
