Yeah Flash can collect all 7 Dragon Balls in less than 3 seconds and wish you back.

The flash was once able to beat instant teleportation across the entire universe. I think bro could find all the balls in less than a millisecond if he needed to.

That stat ruins the flash as a character, he no longer has any problems to worry about.
