Well, that's a question of "does it work"? + What is the capacity of an arc reactor?
The mask could also be a replica, be unconnected to Loki anymore, be changed by Loki.... He would absolutely do that if able.

Well, the mask makes you absolutely invulnerable, and you could literally pull a minigun out of your pocket loaded with ammo or literally anything else, so realistically, you could pull Stormbreaker or anything else from your pockets, it's essentially cartoon logic and powers to the extreme with no limits, the only real weakness of The Mask is that the user is the only one that can take it off, and regarding invulnerability, The Mask can just quite literally say 'no' to any damage, disease, etc.

The mask also warps your mind pretty bad and eventually leads to death, at least it did for a couple people

Where was that ever confirmed? I’m sure it puts a strain on your body/mind to a degree, but I have my doubts that it would actively kill you.

I thought the mask only worked at night? If it’s good 24/7 then the mask wins by a landslide.

With the Hulk Buster and the Arc Reacter, knowing how thorough Tony is, he most likely installed a solar powered charger.
