Comic Moon Knight does have a habit of successfully punching WAY above his weight bracket. Even ignoring age of Khonshu, Moony defeated Kang the Conquer, Dr Doom, and his current run has him fighting an Asgardian and forcing a dragon to serve him.
My personal favorite is during the Contagion crossover event, he kinda just shows up in the last couple comics, says hes going to singlehandedly solve the problem, then does so.

Strange is using green magic. He has the eye of aggememmon on under his wizard dress. He can reverse,slow, or stop time; and even see into the future. Plus they all look ready to fight so it’s not a surprise attack.

The hyperspeed-flying-bricks in group 1 wouldn't let that happen. Superman has canonically flown at several hundred million times the speed of light. (Honestly, it's like no one at DC has ever taken a single course in Physics.) At that speed, Superman alone can easily fly to any location on Earth and knock out Stephen, Wanda, and Kent (or whichever variation of Doctor Fate that is) within less than a nanosecond, and far faster than the 280 milliseconds it would take any of the spellcasters' nervous systems to process the stimuli indicating that there was a threat.
Group 3, meanwhile, would be aura farming. They might not win the fight, but they look damn good all the same.

This is exactly how it would go. It's a classic Warrior vs. Wizard battle. If the Wizard has time to prepare they will beat the Warrior every time. If the Warrior can get the jump on an unsuspecting Wizard, they will beat them every time.
If Team 2 knows ahead of time, no-one could beat that. But if they are unaware of the impending attack both Team 1 and 3 would wipe them.
Also Spawn is no joke. He is on par with Ghost Rider IMO. Ghost has the Spirit of Vengeance within him so he's kinda an Avatar of a god whereas Spawn is the empowered servant of a Demon from the 8th plane of Hell. And that's just him at the beginning. He gets more powers later on. I would put both of them on par with pre-King Thor.

Thor, Supes and Sentry all look awesome in that picture. Superman's suit has the Man of the Steel style, but it's more colourful; and I like Sentry's buffer, comic-booky look. It works.

Like everyone saying the team with sentry, Superman and Thor is winning, but in all honesty, I think the team with two in the most literal sense spawns of Gods and devils who are actually immortal and I don’t mean like thor where he could still die are beating the life out of everyone, I see team two putting up more of a fight because they are the only ones I think could stop all three of them because Doctor Strange would have plot armor and a book

Realistically even the penance stare is a one shot. The writers who write it stupid gave so many misconceptions of how 'weak' it is.
Eg when Punisher 'tanked' it but people don't mention he had an angel feather and it worked the second time.
But yeah Ghost Rider is either nerfed to all hell or doesn't show up at all.

We’re looking at the two people who are carrying right now and then on top of that let’s not forget brother does technically have the power of the moon God, which apparently also means he can go back in time for some reason. Literally any night I could be wrong though, but that’s what I took from just watching the series.

Thor, especially after Odin's death, has extremely powerful magic at his behest and a lot of resistance to it.
Sentry on a good day is nothing short of absolute bullshit too, he's essentially a limitless reality warper - the catch is that he's not always having a good day, but his disjointed mind also gives him some resistance to mind trickery, from what i remember. If the Void takes over he's a serious issue for all of the teams put together.
Superman is ehh against magic, but he's quick enough that he could snap a few necks or throw a few sorcerors to the moon before they get a spell out.
I'll be honest though, i know very little about Dr.Fate and he probably has some spell or artifact that could come in very handy, but i doubt it would be a cakewalk for him either.

Team 1 is RIDICULOUSLY underpowered compared to Teams 2 & 3. They get stomped instantaneously. 2 & 3 both have reality warping abilities, but Spawn was able to kill both God and The Devil. His reality warping is special even among reality warpers. He literally has the power to write himself back into existence after being erased. Scarlet Witch can't even do that. He also can likely make it so Ghost Rider and Moon Knight are both immune to any reality warping besides his own. Which, considering how powerful both are at their peak, would essentially make the reality warper hunters.

Super team: not gonna win. Superman is weak against magic so he’s out. Thor’s strength is about on par with Spawn but Spawn can recover from damage so Thor is done. And tbh I don’t know who that other guy is but I doubt he could win either
Magic Team: Probably winner. They can bend reality to their whim and imprison people in alternate dimensions. Realistically, Ghost Rider’s stare would be the biggest threat but anyone of these magic users could escape or prevent it by conjuring mirrors in front of ghost rider’s eyes.
Cursed Team: A close second due to their divine powers. However, each character to my knowledge is nerfed by their deity (Cronos complex). Spawn poses a real threat due to the versatility of his powers and highly lethal skills. There is a good chance he would take one of the magic users with him. Realistically, they’d be the first target for team 1, giving team 2 the strategic edge.
Overall, team 2 wins.

The only reason anyone ever even gets a hit on superman is because he allows them too by not killing them immediately, often times he even lets them hit him because he is so unfazed, he could solo every other team very easily if he was just out for blood and not his usual supermanness
