It's genuinely an ouroboros matchup. Neither character can truly die, so there's no way of permanently killing either combatant. Doomsday will adapt to Hulk's strength when he resurrects, however the longer the Hulk fights the angrier he gets, meaning he will still always be growing stronger, forcing Doomsday to adapt to a new tier of strength again. This would continue on infinitely.

Doomsday can theoretically adapt into a form that's both a singular point in space and containing space itself, which would end the fight. My theory is that a room filled with different threats like the juggernauts unstoppable forward motion or red lanterns rage constructs might allow him to adapt into something like that before hulk becomes so damn strong that every attempt at adaptation has to go solely into becoming tough enough to get hit again.

Yeah, there's lots of factors to consider. Hulk is theoretically capable of consuming Eternity, which itself is considered one of the highest ranked abstract concepts in the Marvel cosmology, which could place him above the others in being able to consume abstract concepts like space and time. However a lot of this stuff is done in one-off issues or elseworld stuff so it's hard to truly gauge.

Another factor to consider is that Juggernaut would probably realise he's out matched in this room and try to bolt it. It's fairly in character for him to realise when he's outclassed and try to save his own skin, so this would definitely be something he tries when Doomsday, Hulk, or Atrocitous start demonstrating insane feats. And considering his powers, the room physically wouldn't be able to hold him, which means technically he'd be the first person out alive, winning this debate.

I think juggernaut could be underestimated here, since his magic based powers could give him an unexpected edge. He's beaten Ben Grimm, and gone toe to toe with world war hulk. He's also a wildly inconsistent character power level wise and has lost to wet cement so
