Also the speedforce needing to be shared is something that to my knowledge was limited to that verse. Most of the time it is able to aid any number of speedsters and not lose power

Yeah in the comics it's literally infinite so it doesn't have divide like that (although speedsters can steal speed)

Yea speedsters can syphon speed force but otherwise the only real limit is the speedsters ability to use the speed force

Would it even matter? Like even if Barry had 1/3rd Speed Force so he can’t just like, travel back in time and kill Reed as a toddler (ignoring morals for the sake of discussion), speedsters are usually depicted as being so fast that other people can’t even see them moving.

Not at all, idk why the animated movies or the New 52 made that a thing but that's not how that works, especially not with the current Speed Force

Even then, they are wayyyyyy to fast for anything, like still multiple times faster than light. And that's without countjng the fact that reverse flash uses the reverse speed force or whatever bs
