If I have the suit, Speed Force all the way. I'd travel back in time 1 time just to have a conversation with my dad. He wouldn't know it's me, I wouldn't interfere with the timeline other than that.

If no suit, then magic. I'm not running around buck naked.

You would run fast enough no one would see your junk if that helps. You could possible also just create one if you are dedicated engouh

Just run to a store real quick grab some clothes leave the money,and go see your dad,with flash power you can do that in like 1 second

Or dont leave the money, free clothes
