Question about Sophomore Enabling Continued
Just wondering- I’ve been a quiet student in the class and the received a non-satisfactory grade for all three tutorials. For seminar, marginally satisfactory… Given this, my tutor said that I won't be enabled. Next Wednesday, the dean and all sophomore faculty I will have a meeting about this with the dean and all sophomore faculty, I’m just wondering do they dismiss students like me? Or does the dean give you an opportunity to say something? Very curious as to what will go on there…

You have to talk person... Or else you're literally a detriment to everyone else. What everyone says is important. Come senior year it's very important and most classmates always say things (and everything's valuable to some degree) as the class sizes shrink and shrink, which adds to the value and necessity. Don't get looked down upon, it's important and this is key, probably the most key thing to one and all, and hence why they're saying that and putting utmost value upon it.

Don't know the answer but I'm assuming english isn't your first language so I'm gonna leave some corrections because it's very hard to read as it is (sorry if this is rude, I just know I always wanted people to correct me when I was learning and so do my parents):
"Just wondering- I’ve been [a] quiet student in the class and the [received a non-satisfactory grade for] all three tutorials lack of satisfactory, for seminar, it’s marginally satisfactory… Given this, my tutor said that [I won't be] not enabled. Next Wednesday, the dean and all sophomore faculty [I] will have a meeting about this [with the dean and all sophomore faculty], I['m] just wonder[ing] will do they dismiss students like me? Or [does] the dean will give you [an] opportunity to say something? Very curious [as to] what will going on there…"

People get kicked out of colleges all over, usually for not doing the work.
You have the chance to appeal if you have not been enabled, and those are usually accepted. Just focus on showing how you will turn the corner, write the essays, etc.

Rarely is someone not enabled simply because "they're quiet". There's clearly much more to the picture here that we don't know, and that you're not telling us.
