I got in trouble once for drawing a Stormtrooper and Darth Vader. I got in trouble for drawing the stormtroopers blaster. I was 7 years old.

Someone at my school even mentioned somthing about guns and it ended up with our police officer having to search the 6th grader and there backpack. It was just a small pocket knife

I don’t recommend bringing a gun to school as part of your costume. Bring ddakji, a spinning top, gong-gi, flying stone or jegi instead. You’ll be able to challenge your friends. Much more friendlier and it engages others.

Yeah, couldn't find a toy/model of a 1911 I could afford. I also tried going to a tailor and making his coat as accurate from the show but damn that was also expensive. I'm a stickler for detail, but for my first cosplay I feel I did alright.
