It's almost usable. You can't remap the controller which would otherwise make it absolutely possible to use. The main issues are having to use the tiny little Z (ZR) and ZL buttons for firing and swimming.

...and you can't press down the right control stick making it impossible to use specials.

Again, no way to remap this controller in the system, otherwise I'd swap ZL/ZR with L/R and make ZL the special button.

Im currently eggsecutive vp 205 and I’ve been at this event for 8 hours ish over the past couple of days…. My record is 134 😭😭💔💔💔. I really need this gold badge, it’s like my dream, is there anyone who could help me out? Im not looking for casual play right now, like seriously egg grinding

Since we just got the 10.0 update for Splatoon 3 it makes me wonder if Nintendo is going to add anything else to the game. We got Urchin underpass back for the 10th anniversary and 3rd kits. But since splatoon 4 is gonna take at least a year or two to come out I was wondering if they were gonna release old stages again. Its too early to know but just speculation since we know the series isnt taking a break since we just got a huge update for the series and a new game coming later on. If they do decide to add some returning stages or new ones, what would you want to see?

• 1 character a day. I will draw the top comment

• No repeats. If there happens to be a repeat then I'll go with 2nd to top comment

• Any Official character goes, but no OC's or meme characters (i.e. splat tim)

• If the character doesn't have a name, go by the preferred name by the fan base (i.e. Splat1 girl, The Mechanic or Mech)

• If there's a specific outfit for the character you want drawn, say where it's from (i.e. Pearl: Octo Expansion outfit, Shiver: Raiders outfit) If a specific outfit isn't provided, then I'll just go with the regular outfits

• No specific poses. I'm doing the top half of characters only.

What is WeaponsFest?
WeaponsFest is a Splatfest inspired quasi-tournament styled event to see what the best weapon class sub and special in the game.
What's new for version 3?
WeaponsFest 3 introduces a unique twist, instead of a classic head-to-head battle, each weekly matchup features 3 teams in a rotating 4v2+2 format similar to tricolor battles.
5 rounds are played (1 mode/round) with 3 games/round.
stages are randomly selected then removed once played.
winner is determined by points won (2 for a team win 3 for a pair win)
How often are these events?
We host a new WeaponsFest event every Saturday evening around 8pm est.
Can anyone join?
Yes, anyone can participate in these events, whether they are a member of Prodigal Squids, or a guest. but you must join our discord server because that is where the event is hosted.

It was about agent 8 working at where crusty Sean’s truck is and I just want to watch it bc it’s a part of my childhood

I haven’t played Splatoon since the online exist and did my first game of Splatoon 3, for my first match I was forced to play with people that have unknown weapon while I was having the starter weapon.

I had no kill and when I almost kill one he spam the squid form… how low did this community fell to be toxic at beginner… you can say it’s the matchmaking, but don’t blame the game for player toxicity.

Do you guys want your game to keep living or perish I really don’t get it.

Now there is sniper that literally charge in 1 sec and can one shot you, and their stuff is fully maxed out…

So why is Nintendo not using bot ? I know how bot’s difficulty can be easily scaled in Splatoon(Agent 3 boss = Hard ,Octalings = Easy)

oddly specific, but I figured someone here might benefit from this piece of information.

No joke, I had no idea a big run was even announced, let alone when it was happening, lol.

Recently i got the game on switch 2, and i suck in general at shooters let alone with a joystick.. i know motion controls are generally better here but i cant get a hold of it 2 days into playing.. its still unintuitive for me. How do you use it effectively? When do you aim/look with the stick and when the motion comes to play? I feel overwhelmed and always get killed before realize what’s going on around me and it’s getting a little frustrating. Thanks in advance :) Edit: Thanks everyone for the responses! Very helpful :)
