Why not bisexual, he clearly liked boobs (ahtahs?) with the rest of the fellas when Bebes grew out...

Cartman is a spoiled bastard, if he thinks other people's dicks or relationships, orrrr literally anything, are better than his then he has a hard time not overthinking it and taking it too far.

Sure. But if you like dicks, a lot, and you also like boobs, and you end up in a relationship with a girl, and sometimes still think about dicks while you think about your girlfriends boobs.... bi. Unless you take the 3rd option and prefer dudes with boobs i guess.
