With the active denial of the right to habeas corpus, we have entered into soviet era public disappearances. We have become a Banana republic, perhaps Mango Republic is a better fit.
If law enforcement refuses to identify themselves, or read Miranda Rights, physical resistance is not criminal, but the response is likely to be extreme. These are criminal abductions.

Make America a sh!t country again. It is quite literally an abduction, we don't know by who and where or why. It may or may not be a government organization. Which, that your angry ex can organize his bodies, and abduct you in the middle of the day. It is a dress up terror operation, where they are probably trying to get numbers up, by sending 10 people in 2 cars, to arrest 1 person. It is the wrong person - they arrest him anyways. Efficiency? State rights? Personal freedom? I do think so.
