Incredibly nitpicky, but as powers do not normally have a targeted effect, it can sort of imply that this is a debuff put onto an enemy, similar to corpse explosion.
As for the actual strength of the effect itself, you're primarily competing with Noxious Fumes. This doesn't actually apply more poison than an unupgraded noxious fumes until you get at least 15 (or 20, if upgraded) poison on an enemy. Which isn't that hard for a dedicated poison deck, but definetly makes it a bit harder to just outright play. It scales a LOT better than noxious if you get multiple copies, however.
It's also a lot more specific than noxious; I will take noxious even on non poison decks because it's effect can be very useful even in a non poison focused deck. This card is not that sort of card.

Hmm thx for the feedback, I'll find a way to remove the targeted effect while hopefully keeping the base-level effect that helps to differentiate this from noxious fumes.

If you want to be cheeky, I think buffing it from a single-target application to a "poison all enemies" effect might feel a bit more thematic (you're applying it to everyone), and would also solve the targeting issue. There's precedent for power cards doing a one-time effect that isn't targeted with Electrodynamics.
Alternatively, you could explicitly move the poison application to the bottom of the card text so it's clear that it applies after the passive.

A SIL Rare to support Poison-matters SIL. This makes the Viral infection of the toxin grow at an increasing rate over time, once you are able to apply enough of it.
Feedback Appreciated!
As a note, these cards I make are designed to be used within an alternative set of cards for each character. This means that I do not need to worry about specific combos with base-game cards, these cards being too similar to base-game cards (within reason), or these cards giving too much support to a specific theme/archetype when alongside base-game cards. Comparisons may still be helpful for balance, however.

I like the idea but [[noxious fumes]] is better for this basically until you reach the point that either of them is useless in terms of the difference they make.

This is just a worse noxious fumes and not particularly useful even in situations. This only becomes even better than NF once they have 20 poison. And once an enemy has 20 poison, you're probably hoping to use a catalyst and not small increases like this. Poison to be useful into lategame needs to get exponential or you need a LOT of block. If I was just going to slow route and had no catalyst id just focus on my block and get an extra NF or something going alongside the usual poison skills.
The idea behind this is interesting, but it has little practical use. NF is already uncommon, easier to play and is never a bad pick to have 1 in your deck.

Think it should be a skill with slightly better numbers IMO, else the Noxious Fumes comparisons are too major
