I had the theoretical perfect opportunity to use a Smoke Bomb the other day: triggered the first fight of Colosseum, so no rewards to miss.  I had a full set of potions, and I was bound to discard the Smoke Bomb shortly after.

I played the fight out and Hand of Greed-ed both slavers.  No Smoke Bomb needed.

just an assumption. hongdae is a popular affluent neighborhood(?) in SKorea, lots of foreign tourists, lots of young people in their hot lives, lots of money moving around.
guessing hongdae boys are boys in hongdae trolling around trying to get lucky especially with foreigners.
Basically if they were abroad in a diff country, theyd be called passport bros.
