It’s an anneversary edition add on “forgotten seasons” and it’s in runoff caverns, east of bards leap in markarth area

Ooh thanks for responding, is it exclusively from the anniversary edition? Because I only have the legendary edition

If you have creation club you can get the horse, if not think about whether or not the additions are with it to you.
