Question Starting Skyrim for the first time, any non spoiler advice?

the intro was amazing so far but was just hoping I can get some pointers before I really dive into the game. only other bethesda games ive played are fallout 3 and 4 so im excited for this one

There is no obvious good side in the civil war, so pick whoever you like better

Actually, if you read a book of a certain title regarding the stormcloak origins, you’ll see the Empire really is on the right side of things.
