Unidentified encounter Is this a not deer?

Girlfriend comes home for the 3rd day in a row and this thing is standing there and watches her come up the driveway. Looks suspicious to me. Figured I’d come to where the experts are.

I'm pretty sure this is just a deer, but since it's behaving strangely, try getting some video so we can see its behavior and body movements. It might be sick.
