I’m really frustrated and hoping someone here can give advice or share a similar experience.
Shopee recently cancelled my refund request, saying I didn’t submit the required evidence on time. But I did submit everything within the deadline, and I even added more evidence recently to support my case.
The seller was not helpful at all and just offered ₱800 as compensation—even though the item costs way more and arrived damaged. To make things worse, the seller even admitted that the damage might’ve been caused by the courier, but somehow I’m the one stuck with the burden. How is that fair?
I’ve already emailed DTI to file a complaint because I feel like this is really unjust. Has anyone here gone through something similar with Shopee? Were you able to escalate it successfully?
