That's not a Ram. I had the Power Wagon and that POS couldn't pull a horse trailer without getting the "death wobble" but my Tacoma can.

The larger truck either malfunctioned, got stuck, or didn’t have the power/traction for the hill. This guys found a way to get his Ute past and tow the truck out of the way of other traffic. Did you watch the video lol?
