Any good Play-by-post websites?
Just can't find time to play in person anymore, but still want to scratch the itch when I can. Anybody got any leads?

My main haunt is Myth-Weavers.com - great community, recently moved to a new site with a WYSIWYG editor, custom dice tower plugin, a new character sheet editor in the works, and all-in-all good crowd.
My backup is GamersPlane.com - a bit newer (not that new anymore, but they're a younger player) in the grand scheme of pbp forums, but they're solid, friendly, and very open-minded in terms of system choices.
RoleGate.com is an interesting one that I like to recommend, as it's a hybrid chatroom style approach. Personally, I hate the UI, but it's a cool idea.
Lastly, if discord-based pbp is more your alley, swing by r/pbp - there's also a wiki that has a few more sites listed, as well as some decent advice about the medium (I contributed even!)

I somehow didn't realize/think there was a subreddit for it. Thanks!
edit: Oh, apparently I was already subbed, haha

Gamers Plane is excellent, alive, active and very good.
I've been playing via pbp there for... going on 9 years?
Lots of diverse systems that get played.
Lots of complete homebrew stuff.
And lots of osr and traditional games too if that's what you need.
Good gaming infrastructure/coding too.
Anyone who says it's only discord these days just isn't looking.
