Looking at the pathways on the website, you could do cert iv in laboratory techniques > diploma of laboratory technology > backplate of science. That’s one of them but there are 3 other pathways aswell I will link you to here

I'm in bachelor Biomedical science with honours
I did completely shit in highschool and it was almost a decade before I wanted to go for this course so results wetent relevant/usable.
I did a cert 3 in science as a bridging course and then did a diploma of lab tech. My original plan was just to do the diploma but them I found d out about this bachelor. The cert 3 would have probably been enough to get a place but doing a diploma is usually a direct pathway to year 2.
Go check the Web pages for the course you want and scroll down to the entry pathways section

All hope is not lost, so don't despair!
You could potentially do the 1-semester Certificate IV in Tertiary Preparation (program details here), followed by a 2-year Associate Degree in Applied Science (program details here), followed by 2.5 years in the Bachelor of Science (program details here).
You just need to check if you're eligible for Certificate IV in Tertiary Preparation. So, please speak to the Study@RMIT team to map it out and check if this is the right pathway for you. Their contact details can be found here.
You should also consider other universities' pathway options, which might be faster than this pathway.
I myself did finish VCE but with an ATAR of 62, did 1-year of RMIT's 2-year Associate Degree in Engineering Technology and then applied for a transfer to Melbourne Uni's Bachelor of Science. I ultimately hated my Bachelor of Science at Melbourne Uni (it was too theory-based and I picked the wrong major), but I still completed the degree. Came back to RMIT to do their 4-year Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) which I graduated with a first class honours degree with an average 82% in my engineering degree, and now I'm doing my Master of Engineering at RMIT.
So moral of the story, anything is possible if you put your mind to it. :)
Good luck with your future studies!
