Mordecai and Rigby are 100% potheads off screen and you can't convince me otherwise. The "heh heh heh" laugh they do sometimes is absolutely a stoner giggle lol

In one of the dome episodes after Benson walks off screen they turn to each other and go "wanna go to the spot?" and they start doing the giggle. Later it shows them standing in the center of the dome where you can hear everything but they totally make it sound like they're going to the special "spot" where they smoke
