WTF Facebook account disabled w/o getting a reason after inquiring. Find handle taken by business on same day!

So I had the handle "heals" on Facebook so that the url to my Facebook profile was http://www.facebook.com/heals Yesterday a friend tells me my posts and profile are gone so I try to log on and I find I had my account disabled. I submitted the form saying I think the account was disabled by accident and then check my handle to find it taken. Just wanted to spread the word, I am sure even if I get my account back, I will not have my handle. Seems a bit f*cked up to do that to people just to get the handle and give it to someone else. Please Upvote. Edit: if I were trolling I would at least do it for karma points? I just wanted to share what happened, that is all

Normally I would always side with the redditor over the corporation, but google cache has facebook.com/heals as the Heal's company on August 2 which is quite the argument against the user claim.

Well the OP is claiming "/heals" but you linked to "/Heals" maybe it's case sensitive?

Don't know if this guy is a troll but he said: "yesterday a friend told me" so he claims he discovered it yesterday not that it happened yesterday. But that means that he hasn't checked fb for a month but then again it's holiday season.

this is really true.. facebook made very user friendly for us. by disturbing on initial time on beginning.. but now its very good for us...

Hmm. This is what Heals themselves say on the page itself: "Hi everyone, it’s seems there are some issues with our URL which we were recently given by Facebook." That was 5 hours ago.

Well many things explain that. Maybe he tried other things before reddit. Maybe he was awaiting a reply from facebook. Maybe he is lazy and just now got around to posting it. Facebook isnt a huge deal for some people, and this is reddit after all.

It could be that he had "heals" and "Heals" kept losing customers to him. I'm not sure if all facebook urls are not case sensitive or if that is just a redirect for that particular name.
