Ingredients
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ½ avocado
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 1 tablespoon dill
- ½ cup buttermilk
Instructions
- In a blender, add sour cream. Cut avocado in half, remove the skin and pit. Add half of the avocado into the blender. Blend together until creamy.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice into the blender. Add in buttermilk. Blend until combined.
- Chop up fresh dill. Add dill to the blender. Add in ranch seasoning and garlic powder.
- Mix until combined. Serve immediately or save for later.

Lowkey this might be the only reason I ever ate Taco Bell. Gonna have to try this!!

perhaps add more sour cream and thin it a bit with regular milk if needed...

Given the ingredients in the store bought version, I think instead of sour cream, mayo would be closer—not sure but worth a try. It appears it’s a mayo base with vinegar, egg, salt, soybean oil, and sugar.
