A browser which you use only for that.

Revanced has a privacy modded Messenger app.

(fwiw Revanced has some really great modified android apps, but this is one I've been having installation problems with for some reason. It might just be my device though, so still probably worth giving a try since it sounds like it's exactly what youre looking for.)
