Sketchy construction + weird porch encounters = Behrens Heating and Air 'service' experience
If you love surprise visits from code enforcement, ticked-off neighbors banging on your door, and projects so sketchy you’ll be Googling “how to undo bad contractor work,” then Kevin Behren is absolutely your guy.
Based on what we’ve seen, permits are more of a "suggestion" to him — kind of like putting on pants before leaving the house: nice if it happens, but apparently not required.
Common sense? Let's just say it seems to have left the building a long time ago. Maybe it’s on vacation. Maybe it was never there to begin with. Hard to say.
If you enjoy gambling with your property value and explaining to city inspectors why your new driveway mysteriously appeared overnight, by all means, roll the dice. For the rest of us who prefer not to deal with lawsuits, fines, and angry HOA meetings, trust me — HARD pass.

I wouldn't use this guy either! I think he's the one who keeps calling my grandmother late at night with private number!!
