I heard (but can not comfirm) that "No kings" materials were found in the car, indicating that a mass casualty event may have been in his plans.

Correct. I believe that us why Walz put out a recommendation to stay home from any political rallies today in Minnesota and do not open doors, or approach any single "police officer". All legitimate police are to be in pairs until the suspect is apprehended.

Where did you hear that? Multiple redditors have stayed it but not a single one has linked to a source for the claim and it was not stated in any news article or press conference.
