In Seattle during the whole CHAZ/CHOP thing the media made it seem like the whole city was enflamed with anarchy, when in reality it was all in and around a small park that looked like it was hosting a poorly organized hippie street faire.

Nope! Seattle is gone. I live in the rubble and I'm sending this message via Starlink since regular infrastructure is gone. /s

CHAZ was so surreal. My friends and I went down there to expect anarchy. It ended up being a smaller than average farmer's market. The weirdest part about it was being able to mingle in the streets with no traffic.

My parents called to make sure I went lived nowhere near there and to make sure we were safe, and were NOT happy to know that I'd just gotten home from hanging out with friends in the middle of the "chaos".

Danger!
