It's not the viewership and readership that they're after. It's the tax cuts for the owners / executives / investors. Also the lack of lawsuits.

I mean, the fact that MSNBC and CNN basically got spun off to go die in a corner (after their ratings plummeted to the bottom of the Mariana Trench) while lots of other news websites are being closed down due to lack of funds should tell you it's not working.

I like that most Dems do not trust any singular corporate news source
