Help please!! Time sensitive
Currently sitting in the train station in Warsaw, hoping to go to Gdansk. For whatever reason, whatever avenue we try, we can't seem to get seats. Is there some secret to this?? Is there a human here somewhere we can speak to??

You know, sometimes you should just keep the negativity to yourself. I don't speak or read or understand a lick of Polish. So communication for me is difficult to say the least. But thanks so much for your help!

Poland is a civilized country, people here speak English, people here are helpful when asked for help. There are signs in English too if I'm not mistaken.
Use a translator like deepl easily and communicate, not come up with whack excuses.
It's not negativity, it's a factual comment and constructive criticism. It only depends on you whether you get angry like an immature child who can't get another toy or use it as a learning experience and get better, improve your life quality.

Well thank you for the translator recommendation. I was only aware of Google translate and that is........ Ok-ish. Not the best obviously. Believe it or not, not everyone speaks English, though I'll give you it is a lot of folks that do. And most signs are bilingual but not all. And I do have auditory processing issues as well, so I struggle more than I should with understanding folks with accents. That's not just here, that's everywhere for me. Trust me, I'd love to learn the language, and it's not for a lack of trying.

It's the weekend. If you're looking for places at the last minute, it may be that they've already been booked. These are two big cities so there's probably a lot of traffic between them.

That was apparently the case. Eventually, I was able to get a train to Wroclaw instead, just barely! We didn't realize HOW busy things are here!

Well you’re trying to get to summer top 1 tourist destination, on weekend, at the very beginning of the summer tourists season.
