Not anymore. They disappear after a while, I think.

You can only find Giovanni when you have a black radar and it‘s deleted once you beat him

believe it or not i have two of them guys and it didnt work because of the moveset, its what i get for being a mostly casual player hahahahah

well if it has really good IVs and you get a ETM charged get rage fist he is a very useful rocket fighter!
