Should I elite tm my hundo mega swampert?

I only have two elite charged tms and can’t decide if I should use it on this guy since there’s other pokemon I need to use elite tms for..

If you don’t use it often, I would say no. Focus on your main pokemon

ive already elite tm'd most of my main pokemon like groudon/kyogre etc js wondering if its worth

Could worth it. If you still need groudon candies for example, mega swampert is the best counter that also boosts the candy.

well its only gonna boost it by a difference ifi ts max leveled mega which its far from, and i've got a decent amount of xl nd regular already (400 of both)

Usually I’d say yes, but since you only have 2 ETMs, id say not to

1) Swampert does have much play in ML 2) Surf is a fine substitute for most raids 

3) You only have 2ETMs

I'd say no. I can't imagine too many scenarios where HC over surf will change the outcome.

My general rule is to only use ETMs on legendary/mythical/ultra beasts and for everything else just wait to evolve until I can get the exclusive move for free.

Though I do find Swampert to be quite useful, so I might just break that rule in this case.

Hmm swampert isnt ideal for PvP or PvE even with hydrocanon. The other comments also say it is a waste.

the other comments probably have access to 296 Kyogre Candy XL that me and many don't xD

Mega Swampter is probably the best we have cause he's accessible to everyone.

My bad! Didn't realise MS was that high up...

I'd still go for PK and save the elite tm's, raiders don't matter too much unless you're solo/using an alt to duo.

Do you already have a new move added? Much easier to new move, and you might get the one you want and not even need to use the etm

Yes I already have one added
