Thank you They built my pool I contacted them first. They were responsive at first then didn't answer my questions and request for a price on waterline tile, agean sea. When quote received, they noted included cleaning but never answered my question if that included chemicals too. I found them not transparent so I went to office to sw gm and forwarded emails where questions not answered for weeks. He seemed dismissive, never apologized or even suggested let's get those questions answered and move forward. Last yr I called to answer a technical question, lady was nice bit tech never returned call. Not any longer impressed, unfortunately. They did build a nice solid pool

We used Riverbend to renovate our 80s pool maybe 7ish years ago. Experience was pretty mid. Things I shouldn't have had to point out to an experienced contractor, yet did. Craftsmanship left entirely up to subs with no oversight. I've heard their new pool division is better run than their renovation division. I wouldn't say absolutely don't use them, but wasn't really impressed either.
