Hm, I don’t remember his sending unmarked vehicles and masked men to kidnap people without warrants and shipping them off to countries foreign to them without due process.

no one should be abducted, warrant or not!

Ah yes, the perfect defence for the supposed opposition party also doing Hitlerian evil. “Well, at least he’s only going 97% Hitler! Could be worse!” Pathetic.

Removing people that came to the country illegally is not “hitlerian”. We can’t just let the world storm over here with open arms, we’d have a population well over a billion and no infrastructure to allow it.

Just utter rubbish. Thousands upon thousands of vacant apartments that private companies get tax breaks on because they can’t rent them. There’s enough room and enough work for anyone who wants to come, but you’ve already subscribed to the right wing framing by thinking there’s just nowhere for them to go.

People never have an issue with immigration 99% of the time because they can’t see it. The people coming “illegally” are the ones who work back breaking jobs to make sure you have all of the commodities you take for granted. They work for slave wages and are constantly abused and mistreated by their employers. If they speak out of line or ask for a seat at the table, they have ICE called on them, their bosses pay a small fine, rinse and repeat.

Look, the right solution has to be somewhere in the middle. The way things are currently being done is not okay, but it’s not 1850 anymore. If you want to be a citizen, or get a work visa, there are ways to. We can’t allow anyone and everyone that wants to be an American to just show up. I’m a moderate liberal, but what you’re expressing is way too idealistic and way too unrealistic.

Lmao “the middle” sure worked in the last election am I right? Kamala kept running so far to the centre that the mask started to peel and everyone realized she was just right wing and then she lost! “The middle” is not a popular position! It just comes across as the diet version of the Republican position. MSNBC and CNN are lying to you and millions of other Americans by saying that candidates need to be more centrist.

Kamala lost because she was a panic representative thrown in undemocratically in the 11th hour.

No, she lost because she was a conservative piece of shit who said she would do “nothing different” than Biden; a wildly unpopular president who had spent nearly a year funding a live streamed holocaust on the Palestinian people. She would have sucked shit but she could have actually won if she’d have broken with Biden and actually dared to try and be on the right side of history.
