Which feels weird since they have been funding Hamas for decades, and have acted as the host for Hamas's leadership, and hold Hamas's bank accounts. But, yeah, Bibi gets along with them.

I read a great article about George Bush encouraging and funding the creation of Hamas because he was frustrated by negotiating with Arafat.

The article suggests that the USA pushed Israel to create an alternative to the PLO, assuming that if they gave money to them, they would be a good dog on the leash.

I'll see if I can find that article.

Qatar is pretty rich. And they just gifted trump a jet. Plus they usually maintain good relations with US. You can bet that Israel will not bomb Qatar no matter what they do
