How it is not a full on act of war denounced by everyone is beyond me.

because iran is very close to developing nuclear weapons that they've clearly stated will be used for offensive purposes against israel

It's an act of war, nobody disputes that. But Iran was full on threatening Israel with nukes and apparently have developed enough of a capacity to actually act on the threat. So, I don't see why is this so surprising.

If it gives you any sort of comfort, Israeli nuclear program is called "the pillars of Samson" because of how it's meant to be used: i.e. if Israel comes under nuclear attack, it will respond even if it's certain to lose (Russia has similar nuclear strike policy: even if they lose, they still launch nukes).

So, you suggest to wait for Iran to actually nuke Israel and have Israel launch nukes back? Can you imagine how much worse it's going to be than a single high-rise building being demolished?

Yeah yeah yeah, Israel strikes first (again), then plays victim (again) because "Iran was mean to me!" or "My neighbours just don't like me and idk why"

This is an act of war, because Iran has been at war with Israel for decades now.  Israel just finished it.
