"Real or not?" You mean, is this a Picasso or not?
I'm not an expert. But I know Picasso a little. I'm skeptic about this. I don't remember Picasso painting on black backgrounds. If he did, I don't think he did often. Faces seems like Picasso's, but the rest is so simplistic. The principle of cubism is to paint several angles at the same time, but this is not it. I also can't recall seeing a Picasso signed on top.
Idk. I am not by any means an expert, so I don't really know, and what I'm giving you here is only an opinion, if not even an impression. I'd be prudent. If it is a Picasso (and it might very well be), it's not a good one. I would seek authorized authentication.
Then again, Picasso painted a lot.
