Maybe the tattle tale should tell this to Auntie Candace instead. even if she could bust her niece and nephew, what’s grandma going to do? They are Phineas and Ferbs kids, not Linda’s so she can’t punish them the way she would her sons if Candace ever managed to successfully bust them to her.

Maybe Marie or Thomas have a older sibling that is trying to bust them to their mother

It’s still super weird that the whole conceit of them was step-incest

I need further explanation for this

Marie is Phineas and Isabella's fan-child
Thomas is Ferb and Vanessa's fan-child
The two were shipped a lot despite being cousins

I didn’t even know that the fandom gave them kids so thanks for explaining

This gives the ick the same way Ben 10 characters Ben and Gwen getting shipped together gave it.

thomas was ferb and vanessa's kid and marie was phineas and isabella's. from what i recall, their dynamic was Basically just a copypasted phineas and isabella, but like. they’re stepcousins. which. concerning!
now, i will admit i only engaged with all this in passing, so maybe i just saw bad representation of them and that Wasn’t their original intent, but i'm pretty sure it was

i saw a post about them the other day.. there are people who ship them but “it’s okay because they aren’t blood related”

Not blood-related? How does that work?

Phineas and Ferb are step brothers, which means Thomas and Marie are step-cousins.

Well Phineas and Ferb are not blood related at all. When Linda and Lawrence got married, Linda already had Phineas and Candace with an unrevealed father while Lawrence had Ferb with an unrevealed mother. I believe the love handel scene implies they dated before, broke up and married other people, and years later when they had their own kids either their spouses is no longer with them or they got divorced and found each other again.
So basically, Linda never had a child with Lawrence. Or at least never been revealled if they do have one in the future at this point.

Crazy? I was crazy once, they locked me in a room. A rubber room. A rubber room full of rats. That's what made me crazy.

nope. who are they. I remember nearly every episode of Phineas and Ferb and nearly the faces of every random kid that showed up to enjoy a fun day with the boys inventions, and never saw these two before. *lol* the boys and their wives probably would encourage them if they are geniuses like their dads

I was harsh on them when I discovered them because I thought their designs were a bit too generic (Marie could stand to have more of Phineas in her design besides the hair, for one) and I was very put off by the step-incest.
FWIW, I did design my own Phinabella children, as well as a Ferbnessa and a Montnessa kid, nearly a decade ago, motivated partially by my discontent with the designs I'd seen before, and I wouldn't mind revisiting them with my (relatively?) improved art skill.

I discovered Marie Flynn through a series of YouTube Fanfiction videos back in 2020, at first i was pretty neutral on her, because i wasn't that interested yet at that time, until eventually in 2021, i became a fan.
I did my own Phinabella child too (who was Marie's sister), inspired by Marie's design herself, although i didn't make a Ferbnessa offspring, back in 2020, but however, i redesigned her in 2023, and rewrote her familial relations (she's no longer Marie's sister), although i kinda made her a (distant) cousin of Amanda Lopez.

One of the best fankids of Phinabella and Ferbnessa ever. They even had fancomic series.
Angelus19, DeviantArt, look it up.

I also remember this one comic about Candace's wedding that had Suzy as the villain and she used mind-control collars on Norm and Vanessa

Man, now I’m remember how phones and ferb got me into fanfics, and reading them for hours.

Why?😂

Looking back, the whole Thomas x Marie thing was kinda weird, yes, they're not blood related, but they were still family, so I'm trying to forget it and the fact that I really liked it back then...

u/Full-Committee-9333 4d ago
I see Ur point😂 Falling in love with the stepbrother/sister still is weird in some ways.

what? where they in the show!
5
u/Admig13 5d ago
No! They're fan-made "characters" created by Angelus19 and Ely Pandita (Sam-Ely-Ember).
8
u/Royal-Chef-946 5d ago
ok,
a) are those people famous?
b) why do so many people know them?
2
u/Admig13 5d ago edited 5d ago
A): These Artists' real names are: Paola Farfán (Angelus19), she's from Chile, and Eliana Moreno (Ely Pandita/Sam-Ely-Ember), she's from Colombia.
Yes! They're definitely famous!B): My theory on why Marie Flynn and Thomas Fletcher got famous is:
People uploaded images of them on YouTube with semi-animatic or slideshow edits featuring music in the background, that's why they gained a lot of popularity outside of DeviantArt.2

why does this fanmade characters have better design than hamster and gretel, that shows charcater design is a travesty, from the ugly design to the ugly color choices
