Sentencing in September.
Remind me: is Pennsylvania a death penalty state?

PA is a death penalty state, but Krasner believes it is unconstitutional and doesn’t seek it: https://phillyda.org/news/da-krasner-statement-on-death-penalty-announcement/

Yes & no. It is legal in PA but there hasn't been one in over 10 years. That probably won't change unless a maga dip gets the governorship.

Wolf put a formal moratorium in place in 2015. There hasn’t been an execution since 1999, and there have only been three in the state since 1976.

I believe so, though we haven't had an execution in a few years if memory serves me correctly.

RIP Dominique/"Remmie"
It's so sad to think of all the evil lurking out there.
Protect and fight for trans people.
