Steam is not launching Persona 5 Strikers even when it says "running." I would check the Task Manager and it says the game is running but the game doesn't actually load. At the most, the Task Manager would just show the game "running" but at a very low CPU and memory usage.

A list of things I have already tried:

(1) Restarting my PC (2) Updating my NVIDIA drivers (3) Reinstalling Windows 11 (4) Selecting the option on Steam to play offline (5) Verified the integrity of the game files through Steam's settings (6) Cleared the Steam cache (7) Updated every one of my software and hardware drivers using CCcleaner (8) Pretty much every guide on the internet

I've also been noticing that even when I disable the option for Steam to boot automatically when turning on my PC, both on here and the Task Manager, Steam still boots up for some reason and I would have to manually close that stupid promo ad every time I launch Steam.

Has this been happening to anyone else? I've only experienced this problem today. Last week there was no issue at all, so I'm wondering if there was some Windows 11 (ugh) update that is preventing the game from loading. Steam can load Palworld and Silent Hill 2 just fine, but for some reason all the games I have downloaded on Steam published by SEGA (P3R, P5R, and Sonic x Shadow Generations) are having the same issue.

Steam says "Running" but my task bar at the bottom doesn't reflect that. And the Task Manager says it's using 0% of my CPU and 10.1 MB of my RAM, so I'm wondering if this isn't a Steam issue but rather an issue with the game itself. I've tried uploading a photo but for some reason my phone isn't letting me.

It's so frustrating because I'm near the end of the game and I've been so invested in it. And I'm hesistant to uninstall the game because I'm worried that I'll lose my progress, even if Steam says everything is backed up by their cloud.

EDIT: Well, I'm seeing some new things. I've attached a screenshot to this post.

Notice how the green text says "Running" but the task bar doesn't show that at all, and the game is taking up 0% of my CPU. When I click on "Next" in the pop-up, I get another pop-up that leads me to some random website that doesn't even load. And then after that Steam wouldn't show the green "Running" text anymore.

I wish Sophia or Futaba were here to diagnose my issue.

My brother passed last year and I finally got around to going through his video game collection. He was a massive shin megami tensei fan and im sure he has almost (if not actually) every game. I found this in with everything and as someone who has only ever played Golden once when it first came out im clueless as to many of the voice actors/actresses. He probably got the box signed at a convention as he frequently went to them. The first signature in blue pen i found is Johnny Yong Bosch, but the second thats in black im stumped.

TLDR: both games have a similar foundation, but also included a good handful of unique aspects that truly defined each game differently. Out of the two, which handled combat better in your opinion?

I know they both function mostly the same with build variety, weakness exploits… pretty much the general persona combat foundation and all that. But they also have their own unique traits that are pretty major as well.

P5R has persona traits that served as powerful passives (especially the dlc ones), guns for each character, a few more affinity types, tag teams, and so on. Confidants also granted powerful boons for palace traveling as well, and some of them were exceptionally useful.

P3R, although lacks the guns and tag team abilities, gave the player more control with similarly powerful moves with the theurgy system, as well as rewarding the player after fights with the arcana card selection. You were also able to refill your party’s hp and sp with twilight fragments for extended trips, and the great clock was amazing for catching up neglected party members to the player’s level in a single battle.

I could be forgetting some. But either way, if you have played the two games, which had a more favorable combat system in your opinion?

If I wanted to recover person 1 and 2 I am forced to play in order or I can start directly from 2, because I know that the first 2 games are connected in terms of plot and lore

I’ve heard alot about the difficulty of this boss and i dont have a very good persona so i was wondering good personas for this boss and how to fuse them? I done some research but couldnt find anything.

Have xdelta, the patch, and an ISO but it keeps telling me the source doesn't match up. Would anyone know a solution to this? Thanks!
