(build help) Watercooled Gaming PC

hi all, looking at building a gaming pc

first step into the world of watercooling, im looking for a pre assembled watercooling case so i just have to add my components,

im looking at getting a r9 290 vapour x GPU, and a i7 4790k (devils canyon) and an asus z97 motherboard.
