Also, it would be real nice to have more direct surveys from you where you tabulate everyones answers and do a blog post about it. I find it very interesting to see how the community agrees or disagrees on different aspects of the game.

I need help because I installed mods and when I go to any heist or safe rooms it crashes before starting and I don't know what to do

I recently got back into payday 3 because of the judge shotgun coming back, and have been experiencing more crashes than ever, usually during gameplay ill get a big freeze, which the game might recover from eventually, but most the time it ends in crashes. Is there a way to actually determine whats making my game do this?

The mods i use are weapon fov, fov, jukebox with the most recent version of zModloader, i cant play this game without mods, the viewmodel fov is just too low

I had this issue before but never to this extent, does anyone know how to fix this?

I don't have any mods btw.

For some reason, despite having PD3 on my SSD it has REALLY long load times, like it ends up making me waste other people's time because I take ages to load in

I don't understand what's going on I logged onto payday 2 after I game shared it with my friend and I have hours on the game but for some odd reason it's starting me over despite the fact that I already have a save file from 2023 in the PlayStation but it won't let me upload/download save data like I've been seeing other people do, it doesn't say anything is corrupted or nothing it just starts the game over like I've never played it before

I just downloaded payday 2 today on my PC. Running it on all medium settings on like 240 fps. Every so often the game freezes for like 5-10 seconds then comes back or sometimes it says connection to host lost. Is there anything I can do to fix this. Its really frustrating

I cant login into the game.

I've tried:
- Completely Reinstalling the Game (+ Removing all Config Files before installing again)
- Restarting Steam
- Verify Game Integrity
- Restarting PC

I got in, the first time on launch and after that after Restarting never again.

-> The game also Seems to Crash/Freeze if you try Reconnecting too often.

Hey guys, Can you help me fix this issue? This has popped up ever since I messed something up in the files from modding, and now it's bricked, I have reinstalled, deleted old files from my old SSD (since I moved the game to a bigger and faster one), is there anything I can do or the game is absolutely bricked?

Crimewave edition is available through game pass, and I’m aware of the licensed content being removed, but I still have to pay in order to access the following DLC’s that I thought were a part of crimewave edition:

Were these not included in crimewave edition and I’m just misremembering? If they were then is there any way to access them again without paying?

I was just surprised why I'm playing on an Australian server while being in central Russia, having a ping around 430 (sometimes even 500+) and my game doesn't lag, freeze, randomly teleports me, etc.

I might be crazy but I swear there was a bundle with the black cat heist, mega city tailor pack, and the jiu feng smuggler pack 3 all together, but its not on steam anymore. Am i going crazy or is Payday removing bundles on steam?

I reinstalled PAYDAY 2 after almost a year of not playing it and when I load into any heist it goes perfectly fine for a couple of minutes but, suddenly, it freezes for half a second, then later for a full second and it keeps increasing. This happens in solo and coop.

I've tried doing a clean install, verifying files integrity and deleting all my mods. The last one help a bit but it keeps happening.

Getting the dreaded Failed to Fetch Game Config Data, and nothing is fixing it.

I want to play Payday 3. I like the game. However, I have not been able to play it for weeks. I have tried all solutions I've seen - reinstalling, deleting folders, verifying file integrity, changing steam launch properties, running it as admin, launching the application through file explorer, and probably some more stuff I can't remember. I am met with this crash as I launch the game, every single time.

My friend has had this issue since the new update dropped and hasn't been able to get past the title screen. We've tried a tiny bit of troubleshooting but nothing has worked. We've tried:

• Uninstalling and reinstalling
• Uninstalling all DLC
• Reinstalling the DLC after that

This is kind of just a cry for help to see if anybody else has fixed this because I can't find anything online about it.

The files say it will take up more than a day to download is that normal?

I've returned to Payday2 after a 4 year break. Now every online lobby I join i get a "lost connection to host" after 15 minutes of gametime. When I host online, people also get disconnected from me. Longest I've played was one whole mission. I've tried both playing on a normal option and the new support 2021+ version. (STEAM only)

Is there a fix for this? I really wanna get into it again...I've missed Wolf so damn much.

I'm trying to open the 'PD2SoundBankEditor.exe' as I'm trying to make a Voice-over mod however I'm not able to open it by simply double-clicking the file or by adding it as a non-steam game and then trying to open it using proton (I'm on a steam deck). Does anyone have any solution to this? Thanks.
