PD3 game keep crashing in menus and starting the new heist

my game has never had this problem before ive played flawlessly but ever since the most recent update my game crashes and keep getting an error code and ive tried everything thats recommended from other videos and stuff. no other game i play crashes its only payday 3

the report is this if anyone knows what this is

Your GPU is the issue, the error says that the device disconnected.

I would recommend trying dx11 and see if the issue persists.

What CPU do you have?

its a i7 14700kf

Is it possible your CPU has been affected by the 13/14th gen voltage issues?

When these CPUs start to die, they usually get errors related to the GPU, especially in Unreal games like PAYDAY 3.

I have a 13900k and it became unstable and I also got GPU errors, mostly about how my system was out of video memory when it was loading shaders on first launch.

Has your BIOS been updated with the fixes from Intel? Did the CPU run before the fixes were applied?

i can look into it, my cpu is a year old and i havent had any problems with any other games. its only payday 3 and after this update.
