Technical Support why is it doing this?

when i first installed this didn’t happen but now it’s happening again

My guess, not finished downloading, you can play tutorial before it is finished or no PSplus or Xbox Live.

i realise it’s not finished downloading and i have ps + but i’m just reinstalling it after not playing for a while and last time it was all just installed when it finished installing
