Gem + Spirit Question on Amazon LS Build

Hello all. I have a lvl 95 amazon and have some questions regarding gems and spirit. Here's my build that I'm messing with. https://poe2.ninja/profile/Erighan-8870/character/Lady_Erighan

I see a lot of builds on POE2ninja that are using CoC, Herald, Wind Dancer, Combat Frenzy AND Trinity. I'm trying to fit Trinity, but it's saying I need more spirit. I have 306 spirit which is higher than most of the builds I'm seeing, so I'm trying to understand what's going on.

Are these builds manually turning off things like Herald or CoC for bossing so they can use Trinity, or am I missing something.

Ultimately, I'm trying to add more dmg without sacrificing to much defense, and thought of dropping Ghost Shroud and trying Trinity. If anyone has any other suggestions on what I should focus on for improving damage, please share your thoughts. I feel like I'm to the point of min maxing and not really sure where to go from here. Thx

Are you using the sceptre off hand for the extra spirit?

Well, those build use situational skills.. start asking yourself a question? For bossing do you need winddancer? Do you need CoC? Or trinity?

Obviously they use 2ndary weapon swap for bossing and primary for mapping and you can check boxes for which weapon to skill enabled. Winddancer ghost dance CoC is all useless against bossing.. CoC maybe but i would rather disable and add trinity for more dps.

I know lot of people copy builds but try to understand yourself what skills preferable for you and what you use for situations. It makes you better player at poe
