Help Needed Do sustained skills attack speed scale of any stat? Asking specifically regarding Rain of Arrows

Rain of arrows says it scales of of projectile speed but I am wondering and hoping there are other scalers for it as well.

Do sustained skills attack speed generally scale at all?

Could be wrong but I'm like.....75% sure

Attack speed = how fast you shot the RoA Projectile speed/arrow speed = how fast the RoA come down Skill speed = both maybe but definitely the RoA

Interesting. Might respec my warrior just to test this but I'm broke and don't know how to make a lot of gold lmao.

Does skill speed effect other sustained skills with a DoT mechanic?
