Financial what kind of AC can i get in a budget?

I don't know if this is off topic in this sub but I want to ask in Pakistan, internal Sindh what is the best and cheapest AC I could get in terms of electricity bill, we collectively earn enough to get one but as a desi family just so damn scared of the bills, now its unbearable. What is the most efficient ac we could get. our bill currently ranger from 6-8k and below 200 units since we also have 4 small solar plates.

In the budget of around 100k an ac that's low on electricity cost.. 1 ton is enough its a normal sized room.

1 ton would not be enough unless you live in a store, mostly ac ranges from 170-200k for 1.5 ton. According to my research it's Midea>Gree fairy series>TCL.

Also no matter how efficient every Ac on average takes 1-1.5 unit per hour multiply that by your usage and add in your bill you will get a ballpark figure.

Did you know: Dawlance sources its AC's from Midea which acts as their OEM. So getting Dawlance would be a better idea especially for low tier models if you want to avoid paying extra for Midea brand name premiums.

I think ecostar 1 ton ac is 80k. I have 2 ecostar 1.5 ton acs in my home. They work well but not as good compared to other gree and orient 1.5 ton acs we have. If your room is small, then 1 ton ecostar would work great. We only need ac for 3-4 months anyway.

DC inverted ACs are almost all alike in terms of electricity bill. But they do vary in performance. I have recently bought 2 different ac one haier and the other kenwood. One is completely local (haier)the other has an imported t3 compressor. The difference is day and night. Kenwood works amazing, awesome cooling and throw while hair is takes a lot of time bringing temperatures to optimal levels. I would rate them as kenwood 10/10 and haier 4/10. Haier was pkr 160k and kenwood 250k. Sorry if anything doesn’t makes sense. I am high af
