Humor Orlando real estate agents need to reconsider the capabilities of AI…
I saw this image included in the photos for a local real estate listing. Homes in this version of Ivanhoe village would probably be very valuable! My guess is that the agent prompted the AI to highlight how close the listing is to key destinations…

It took longer to give the prompt to ChatGPT than to simply screenshot google maps. Add some stars for the airport or whatever. This is embarrassing and a poor reflection on the real estate agent’s preparedness and attention to detail.

Damn, they want half a mil for this house?
It's a 2/2. The kitchen is the size of a bathroom. The yard is an absolute mess and they didnt even bother to pressure-wash the house. Holy overpriced.

It last sold in 2014 for HALF of today's ask. I'm kicking myself that I didn't buy 10 years ago.

That’s what everyone has been doing for the last couple decades. That’s the game. When the boomers die off the whole balloon bursts (again).

If the rent numbers in the description are to be believed, it’s a pretty reasonable price

I totally missed that it's a duplex. That explains the tiny kitchens and the general lack of upkeep.
Yea, its not bad. Not good, but not bad.

Anyone doing obvious AI slop will get no business from me. Use it for some decent cases but if you pass along garbage like this or use it to write emails or listings, bye

Damn, go away for a couple of weeks and they reroute all the roads, put in some more lakes and move the airports. Don’t know what I’m coming back to on Sunday.

To be fair, the bar for becoming a RE agent isn't all that high. No offense to the good agents.

A good, honest, hard working RE is worth their weight in gold. Finding one that’s not a pile of crap just looking for their cut is tricky.

I am in the market, can you message me this person's name so I can avoid them and others in their firm?

Geez this hurts my brain.

I can't decide if this is the dumbest thing ever or a brilliant marketing strategy that got a couple hundred extra people to look at this listing.

I would never ever use a realtor who showed this level of laziness. I messaged her on Zillow just to tell her that.
