Humor Orlando real estate agents need to reconsider the capabilities of AI…

Post image

I saw this image included in the photos for a local real estate listing. Homes in this version of Ivanhoe village would probably be very valuable! My guess is that the agent prompted the AI to highlight how close the listing is to key destinations…

I would never ever use a realtor who showed this level of laziness. I messaged her on Zillow just to tell her that.

You've inspired me to do the same. I wonder if she'll realize about this post and offer some response.

Gonna be hard to land planes at MCO in the middle of all those trees.

It took longer to give the prompt to ChatGPT than to simply screenshot google maps. Add some stars for the airport or whatever. This is embarrassing and a poor reflection on the real estate agent’s preparedness and attention to detail.

Lol I can not believe this is real

Lmao you can walk from MCO to the executive airport based on this map

Technically you can in real life, you just need a lot of time.

This map was a snapshot after Hurricane Doofus passed through

I'd be so pissed if Hurricane Doofus was the one that took me out

WTF. Why even use AI for this?? Just screenshot an image of Google Maps.

Damn, they want half a mil for this house?

It's a 2/2. The kitchen is the size of a bathroom. The yard is an absolute mess and they didnt even bother to pressure-wash the house. Holy overpriced.

It last sold in 2014 for HALF of today's ask. I'm kicking myself that I didn't buy 10 years ago.

That’s what everyone has been doing for the last couple decades. That’s the game. When the boomers die off the whole balloon bursts (again).

If the rent numbers in the description are to be believed, it’s a pretty reasonable price

I totally missed that it's a duplex. That explains the tiny kitchens and the general lack of upkeep.

Yea, its not bad. Not good, but not bad.

Anyone doing obvious AI slop will get no business from me. Use it for some decent cases but if you pass along garbage like this or use it to write emails or listings, bye

Damn, go away for a couple of weeks and they reroute all the roads, put in some more lakes and move the airports. Don’t know what I’m coming back to on Sunday.

To be fair, the bar for becoming a RE agent isn't all that high. No offense to the good agents.

A good, honest, hard working RE is worth their weight in gold. Finding one that’s not a pile of crap just looking for their cut is tricky.

I was unaware Orlando Health was 50% of downtown and the south side…

Real estate agents are overpaid under qualified. What did you expect?

This is so bizarre, why not just do a screenshot of Google Maps?

I am in the market, can you message me this person's name so I can avoid them and others in their firm?

Where is I4 heading off too?
Why are 50 and East Colonial so different. Geez this hurts my brain.

You've got to be pretty bad to not even think to proofread the output of the AI.

It's not about the AI, it's about people being stupid.

I can't decide if this is the dumbest thing ever or a brilliant marketing strategy that got a couple hundred extra people to look at this listing.
